Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in our Louisiana facility. The role requires coordinating daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring high standards of service and efficiency on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have FedEx supervision experience or equivalent leadership background, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze and act on performance data.

Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx required.
• Two (2) years required previous management, operational leadership, military leadership, or project/team leader experience; OR
• A combination of one (1) year as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx and (1) year previous management or related leadership experience.
