Join Performance Foodservice as an Area Manager - Restaurant Food Sales.

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing independent account business, focusing on profitability through new sales and account penetration. Promote and sell company-branded products to meet sales objectives. Support customer service activities for regional and/or national chain customers to increase market visibility and share. Collaborate as a team member within the organization, performing duties that serve the company's interests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales territory and customer data to generate additional business.
  • Sample products and plan sales strategies, including territory management.
  • Establish new customer accounts, determine pricing, and coordinate delivery and satisfaction follow-up.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exemplary service and problem resolution.
  • Expand business with existing customers via product penetration.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure compliance with credit terms.
  • Stay informed on pricing trends to maintain competitive pricing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
