Location: Southeastern U.S. Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Required within assigned region

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple residential development projects across designated markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction management, with a focus on build-to-rent and for-sale communities. This role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality communities on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple project teams across various locations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and quality across all projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, construction, and sales, to align project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project performance, conduct regular site visits, and provide guidance to project managers and site supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and community partners.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential construction management, with at least 3 years in a multi-site supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple residential development projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
