Job summary

As an Area Manager, you will guide shift execution, support coaching, and partner with Safety, HR, and Loss Prevention to drive results. The position requires flexible scheduling including overnight hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and handle stairs
• Work in varying noise and temperature environments across delivery stations and stores
