Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Business/Logistics or related field, OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience, OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attends and completes job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to implement business plans and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring performance.
• Ensure QA guidelines, procedures, and programs are followed to maintain inventory integrity and safety standards.
• Manage systems maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting with ISD and vendors.
• Build high-performing teams and foster an inclusive culture of belonging.
