Job summary

Global K9 Protection Group LLC is seeking an Area Manager for the SFO area. This full-time, salary-exempt role pays between $125,000 and $150,000 annually and involves overseeing site operations, staff, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• K9 training experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and attention to detail.
• Proven time management and deadline-driven performance.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first-line supervisor for GK9PG Site Lead and supports the regional leadership.
• Interfaces with clients and GK9PG leadership at the site level.
• Ensures compliance with GK9PG policies and procedures.
• Manages customer relationships and site growth at the management level.
• Oversees site scheduling, training, and onboarding requirements for staff.
