Federal Express Corporation in Texas seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead shift teams, oversee daily logistics operations, and drive efficiency across the facility. The role requires eighteen months of FedEx Ops supervisor experience or comparable management, operational leadership, or project/team leadership experience.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely service to customers.
