Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated professional to represent the branch to physicians, hospitals, facilities, and health groups, promoting Medicare services and orchestrating improved home health and hospice programs.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience, with at least one year in the business community or professional practice, plus basic tech skills including mobile devices. Prior home health/hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience; or be a licensed professional.
• At least one year experience in the business community or in professional practice is required.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the branch in activities involving physicians, hospitals, facilities and health groups to apprise them of Medicare services.
• Implement program and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services.
• Serve as a public awareness representative and be responsible for public education related to home health care and hospice services.
