Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified professional to represent the branch with physicians, hospitals, and other health groups, promoting Medicare services and coordinating care.

Responsibilities include implementing programs to improve home health and hospice services and educating the public about available care options. A college degree or equivalent experience, or licensure, is required, with at least one year in professional practice and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience; or be a licensed professional.
• At least one year experience in the business community or in professional practice is required.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Represent the branch to physicians, hospitals, facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and similar health groups and institutions, to apprise them of the availability of Medicare services.
• Implement program and protocols to provide improved home health care and hospice services.
• Serve as a public awareness representative, and responsible for public education relative to home health care and hospice services.
