Amazon Inc. in Miami is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates at a Grocery Fulfillment Center. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and on-time customer deliveries while coaching your team and coordinating with safety, ops, and HR partners.
The role requires mentoring staff, managing performance, and ensuring adherence to process standards in a multi-temperature fulfillment environment. Weekend/overnight shifts may be required.
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of hourly employees and will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also play a key part in maintaining our customer expectations to ensure customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location.
Grocery Fulfillment Centers are facilities that house Amazon's selection of fresh food and other specialty products. These multi-temperature facilities support our same-day delivery service. At our fulfilment centers, you'll focus on safety in all stocking and sorting tasks, while helping to develop best practices. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
