The Opportunity

You will oversee the distribution operation department, partnering with other departments. Monitored and controlled, prioritizes, assigns, and reviews to maintain departmental efficiency and meet productivity, volume, and quality goals. You will work onsite and report to the Operational Manager.

Your Impact

  • Lead operation teams to support high location accuracy by achieving and implementing sound operating processes.
  • Network and consult with corporate and site resources and facilities staff to ensure low-cost efficiencies and high service levels.
  • Build an engaged culture by modeling our values and operating principles, ensuring all employees are treated fairly, ethically, and respectfully.
  • Lead the team in creating an atmosphere that promotes continuous improvement and positively impacts site efficiency through accuracy measurements.
  • Review existing operations to identify improvements that allow for cost reduction, increased speed, and better customer service.
  • Identify, report, and communicate trends or irregularities. Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct them. Recommend and implement solutions with staff involvement.
  • Partner with the relevant manager to develop quality guidelines for specific responsibilities. Support audit techniques and error capturing to ensure products and procedures exceed inventory and quality standards.
  • Support training programs and materials for employee education and development.
  • Collaborate with necessary partners across the network to implement corrective actions.
  • Gain working knowledge of all technologies used in the Distribution Center, including CLIC, WMS, WAMAS, Pyramid, and CRM.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution center or warehouse environment.
  • Experience fostering a positive work environment and partnering with employees.
