Job description

Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is seeking an Area Manager, Fulfillment. As the Area Manager I, Fulfillment at Factor, you will be a key member of the HelloFresh operations team. This position reports to the Fulfillment Manager. The Fulfillment Supervisor will adopt a hands-on approach and provide leadership throughout production and fulfillment. We are searching for someone eager to build something extraordinary and share it with the world!

You will:

1. Oversee strategic operations within receiving, shipping, fulfillment, storage/distribution of goods, and logistics.
2. Direct activities and provide coaching and guidance to associates and leads.
3. Work alongside the team, providing guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
4. Collaborate with management to fulfill company directives.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures, including PPE/hygiene policies.
6. Manage warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, distribution) to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.
7. Perform internal audits.
8. Create and implement processes and procedures.
9. Communicate the quality philosophy to all warehouse personnel.
10. Coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of inventory and ingredients.
11. Address nonconformities identified in audits.
12. Follow up on preventive and corrective actions.
13. Ensure documentation and design controls are appropriate.
14. Support the management team as needed.
15. Provide employees with necessary tools, training, and corrective feedback.

Minimum qualifications include:

1. Associate’s degree or relevant management experience.
2. At least 5 years of warehouse experience, with a proven track record as a supervisor and in satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies.
