Stake Center Locating is seeking a capable leader to oversee workload distribution, customer relations, and field operations in the locating industry. You will interact with Corporate, manage IT/purchasing with homeowners and the public, and supervise staff to ensure performance standards are met.

The role requires extensive field experience, a clean background, and the ability to work long hours with some travel.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check for access to restricted and/or controlled areas.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass random drug screens and to remain drug free.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to locate.
• Ability to effectively perform a PDR or damage investigation.
• Ability to interact with all involved, the public, customers, contractors, utility representatives and all those under their direction.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Oversight of workload distribution and scheduling.
• Manage customer relations and communications with Corporate.
• Coordinate IT and purchasing with homeowners and the public.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and staff performance reviews.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for compliance and safety.
• Order and manage inventory.
• Mentor supervisors to improve performance.
• Assist in damage resolution when necessary.
• Interpret reports such as PDRs, audits, and production.
• Assist in difficult locate jobs when necessary.
• Maintain staffing levels to meet load requirements.
• Conduct performance reviews for staff.
