ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Baton Rouge seeks an Area Manager to lead high-impact fundraising campaigns across dinners, galas, golf tournaments, and peer-to-peer events.

You will manage a donor portfolio, oversee events, and drive revenue while guiding a small team of fundraising professionals. The role requires travel about 50% and a hybrid schedule with regular presence at the Baton Rouge office.

You will also manage your own donor portfolio and lead the execution of experiential fundraising programs and initiatives within assigned markets, ensuring strong performance and alignment with Area business plans.# **Key Responsibilities** * **Fundraising Strategy & Execution** Drive revenue growth across multiple fundraising channels, ensuring achievement of financial goals and alignment with budget targets.* **Team Leadership** Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 fundraising professionals.
