Partnership Collaboration: Knowledge of stakeholder management, communication, engagement techniques, and effectiveness tools. Owns project delivery, supports process updates, and solves business issues.
Employee Health and Safety: Knowledge of OSHA guidelines, safety inspections, emergency procedures, and safety record maintenance. Participates in inspections, monitors hazards, and implements continuous improvement processes.
Asset Protection Security: Knowledge of asset protection policies, theft prevention tools, security breach investigation, and loss prevention reporting. Supports security procedures and incident reporting.
EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies and content development. Supports training programs and manages feedback.
Risk Management: Knowledge of risk assessment, reports, and management tools. Produces risk reports, conducts assessments, and implements risk management processes.
Process Improvement: Knowledge of critical workflows, systemic problems, and improvement methods. Defines processes, identifies issues, and leads incident investigations.
Influential Communication: Organizes thoughts, communicates credibly, influences team and partners, and actively listens. Uses data to articulate results and recommendations.
Transportation Operations: Knowledge of transportation laws, safety rules, and documentation. Ensures compliance, monitors performance, and manages transportation activities.
