Job summary

B&T Building Services Inc in Orlando, FL is seeking a bilingual Area Manager to supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites. You must travel within the Orlando area, manage schedules, train staff, inspect service delivery, and ensure the client scope of work is met.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience, owns a vehicle, and can pass a background check. You will use a Windows-based scheduling tool and coordinate with the Operations Manager to improve service

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to work weekends and some nights.
• Experience with Windows-based scheduling software.
• Ability to travel within the Orlando area.

Area Manager

Job Description: We are currently hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Area Manager to work with our cleaning company at various locations in the Orlando, Florida area. The Area Manager must have their own transportation and be willing to travel throughout this territory. We offer a generous reimbursement program to cover gasoline and cell phone expenses. The ideal candidate will assist with training, monitoring, and inspecting cleaning services to ensure the client's scope of work is properly carried out.

Schedule: The schedule starts at 6:00 pm and occasionally during the day.

• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Available to work weekends and some nights, depending on when services are scheduled (our services are after location closing. You will need to be onsite with the crew during training and check their work).
• Must have your own transportation, a valid driver's license, and acceptable car insurance.
• Positive, outgoing personality; a good relationship builder.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Assist with employee and vendor training.
• Ability to work with proprietary Windows-based software to manage your schedule, update notes, emails, upload photos, and handle any open tasks.
• Work in services, reinforcing and continuing to train our staff.
