Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services is looking for an Area Manager who wraps up projects with a hands-on leadership approach. You will be the go-to leader for product and installation partnering with builders and installers to ensure timely delivery of excellent work and uphold Wisenbaker’s standards.

You’ll oversee relationships with builder customers and crews, facilitate installation processes, verify timely completion, and communicate updates across teams to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Field operations experience preferred; knowledge of Wisenbaker processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and able to make on-the-spot decisions to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with builder customers and subcontractor crews.
• Facilitating, walking, troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating updates of installations.
• Verifying job completion in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Communicating with internal and external customers, as well as installers to ensure solid planning and resolution of installation processes.
• Minimizing discounts and resolving customer back charges.

You'll be the go-to leader for product and installation partnering with builders and installers to ensure the timely delivery of excellent work. You'll be the face of Wisenbaker in the installation of quality products - monitoring, resolving and delivering timely results and upholding the standards that set Wisenbaker apart.
