A day in the life: You start by reviewing open work orders and operational metrics with your team, identifying any urgent items that need immediate attention. From there, you move into site walkthroughs, checking that safety standards are upheld and that ongoing projects are on track. You connect with stakeholders across the organization to align on upcoming space needs or planned maintenance, then spend time in one‑on‑one conversations with your direct reports - discussing development goals, removing blockers, and celebrating recent wins.
