Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Los Lunas, NM to lead daily maintenance operations across warehouse facilities. You will supervise staff, schedule work, and coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a work or project team.
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment; supervising, evaluating, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates to implement plans and coordinate staffing.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties and monitor performance.
• Monitor maintenance operations for warehouse equipment and ensure OSHA/NFPA compliance and safety.
• Manage department finances, expenses and budget; monitor asset utilization and prepare reports.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations in the maintenance area.
