CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager in Kansas to lead safe, reliable material handling operations for a major online retailer.

You will supervise teams responsible for high-speed conveyance systems and manufacturing equipment, fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. You will plan staffing, develop talent, drive preventive maintenance programs, and partner with client leadership to deliver world-class performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4+ years of compatible industry experience and coaching experience.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, forecasting and budgeting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, vibration analysis, airborne ultrasound).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% off-site.

• Provide performance management and staff development.
• Plan staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Model company values and build positive client/operations relationships.
