Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC in Geneva, Illinois is seeking an Area Warehouse Lead to oversee the direct operation of Material Movement. You will coordinate and supervise a team, training staff to meet work standards and plant rules, and ensure safe, timely loading at docks using a forklift.

Job Summary:

The Area Warehouse Lead is responsible for the direct operation of the Material Movement. They must coordinate and supervise employees in the handling of materials. They will help train and motivate employees in their work standards, while at the same time recommending disciplinary actions according to the plant rules and regulations. Must be able to operate forklift to load ingredients, packaging, etc. onto customer trucks at loading docks in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Transports materials to proper holding area. Must keep work area clean and organized.
