Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales

What you bring:
  • Experience in staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
  • Implementing merchandising programs, managing cash and inventory, motivating teams, and promoting excellent customer service
  • Focus on profit and loss management, including budget planning, sales maximization, and expense control
  • Setting and monitoring performance goals with upper management
  • A 4-year degree or 5+ years managing district or regional retail operations with 100+ employees
  • Willingness to relocate after training
  • A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance
  • Ability to multi-task, stay self-motivated, perform physical tasks, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually
