Job summary

Bond Vet is hiring an Area Lead Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) in the United States. You will lead nursing staff, support doctors in anesthesia and surgeries, and ensure high medical quality across clinics.

The role includes training responsibilities, mentorship, and career development within Bond Vet’s expanding network. Qualified candidates hold a veterinary technician certification, have 4+ years of experience, and preferably managerial experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician required or equivalent certification.
• 4+ years of experience as a veterinary technician.
• Previous managerial experience in a veterinary clinic or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff across clinics and support teams.
• Assist veterinarians with anesthesia, surgery prep, and post-operative care.
• Perform in-house diagnostics, radiographs, and clinical duties per veterinary instructions.
• Oversee patient discharge, client communication, and adherence to medical quality standards.
• Develop training materials and CE initiatives for nursing staff.

Education

Veterinary technician certification or licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT)
