Bond Vet is seeking an Area Lead Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) to guide nursing teams across clinics in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic markets. You will help maintain high medical standards, mentor staff, and drive training initiatives within a growing, vet-founded network.

You’ll oversee area-level nursing leadership, collaborate with clinic managers, and support clinical quality through consistent mentorship and development pathways.

Competenze

• CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT certification required.
• 4+ years veterinary technician experience.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.

Mansioni

• Guide nursing staff across clinics to maintain high medical quality.
• Develop training programs and onboarding for new staff.
• Lead in-clinic education and CE initiatives.
