Kleen-Tech, a leader in janitorial services, is seeking an Aurora Area Lead to supervise cleaning operations and support custodial staff across assigned locations. This role emphasizes dependable leadership, quality standards, and responsive customer service.

You will train and supervise team members, perform daily cleaning tasks, and monitor supplies and equipment. Travel to assigned sites is possible to ensure consistent service and coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and support custodial team members
• Perform and ensure completion of daily cleaning tasks
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain company standards
• Support staffing coverage, employee training, and customer requests
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and facility needs
• Communicate regularly with management regarding operations, staffing, and service issues
• Travel to assigned locations as needed
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, and common areas
• Dust surfaces, vents, light fixtures, baseboards, windowsills, and furniture
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors
• Clean windows, entrance doors, elevators, walls, and light switches
• Clean and polish metal surfaces and appliances
• Spot-clean glass, walls, and high-touch surfaces
