Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts seeks a Laundry Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-volume commercial laundry for two properties totaling 670 rooms at Holiday Inn Squire Resort in Tusayan, Arizona. You will manage staff, equipment, inventory, quality control, and safety, coordinating with facilities and vendors while relocation assistance and reduced-rate housing are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing high-volume commercial laundry operations, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong team leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues.
• Proficient in inventory control and scheduling software.
• Must be willing to work a flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
