Job summary

Club Car is seeking an Area Specialist for 1st shift in Appling, GA to support receiving, warehousing, and data entry under supervision. You will verify shipments, review documents, and liaise with vendors and planners to resolve issues daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required.
• Previous Receiving Experience required.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verifies all incoming/outgoing shipments against bill of lading information.
• Review inbound shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Record daily ASN/Receipt issues for both offsite and main Plant.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control on validating needed adjustments.
• Completes daily receiving entries in the computer system and distributes them to the Accounts Payable office.
