Job summary

WIS International in Boston, MA is seeking an Area Manager for a full-time salaried role. You will lead inventory events, coordinate with district and regional leadership, and drive productivity, accuracy, and safety while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires at least an Associates degree and 5 years in inventory or retail/warehouse, strong leadership, payroll and expense oversight, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years in inventory, retail or warehouse roles.
• Proven leadership, recruiting, training and talent development.
• Payroll management, expense control, and productivity growth.
• Ability to work varied hours and travel as needed.
• Background check, drug screen, MVR if driving required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inventory events with a hands-on approach.
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and strong customer service.
• Collaborate with District/Regional leaders to develop the team.
