Job summary

WGP Property Management is seeking an Area Sales Consultant to drive home sales across multiple communities. This traveling, individual-contributor role owns the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a clear target to convert inventory into closed homes.

The position requires 75%+ travel, weekend availability, and disciplined CRM usage (HubSpot). Base salary is $35,000–$45,000 with a 3% commission on each closed home, plus escalating quarterly bonuses for high-volume performance.

Qualifications

• CRM usage with HubSpot is required and tracked.
• Ability to travel to multiple communities and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own full pipeline from lead to close across multiple communities.
• Generate daily leads and nurture aged leads.
• Set appointments and move prospects to application; convert showings.
• Submit applications within 24–48 hours; push lender conditions to resolution.
• Prioritize inventory; host open houses and reposition homes to generate demand.
• Travel to assigned communities 75%+; support multiple markets and weekend activity.
