Sport Clips in Knoxville/Chattanooga area is seeking an Area Coach (Hair Stylist Educator) to lead technical training and store coaching, delivering engaging classes and boosting productivity. You will help managers and stylists elevate skills, product knowledge, and client experience across stores with a strong training program.

Requires current cosmetology license, 3-5 years haircutting experience, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology license.
• Minimum 3-5 years of haircutting experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid training, presentation, analytical, and relationship building skills.
• Positive, supportive, and outgoing personality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Previous retail salon industry work experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate technical (haircutting) and operational training to various audiences.
• Host highly engaging classes and coach in the moment to improve store productivity.
• Perform routine store visits to coach, develop, and provide feedback to leadership.
• Collaborate with franchisees and Managers to support store growth and success.
