The role requires translating complex financial data into actionable business insights and leading a team to execute key financial initiatives. The position emphasizes strong collaboration, SOX-compliant controls, and ongoing financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 8+ years of accounting/financial analysis management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Area finance strategy and targets.
• Lead P&L management to drive EBITDA and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Area leadership on annual business planning and monthly forecasts.
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
• Guide inventory and working capital optimization across the area.
