Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Area Facilities Manager to oversee facilities and maintenance for assigned locations. You will manage relationships with outsourced providers, ensure compliance with maintenance programs and regulatory requirements, and lead day-to-day operations in a multi-unit retail environment.

This role requires 3-5 years in multi-unit retail management, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with emphasis on dispute resolution.
• Experience managing multi-unit retail operations in a franchise environment (3-5 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned facilities and maintenance programs.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance processes for the Market.
• Monitor open calls, KPI analysis, invoices and disputes.
• Lead facilities-driven projects for equipment and building systems.
• Ensure compliance with project scopes, budgets, and governance.
• Manage maintenance and capital budgets; report variances.
• Conduct field/site visits to evaluate service levels.
• Collaborate with Operations and Franchisees and key stakeholders.
