Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, seeks an Area/District Manager for the Lower Gulf region. You will own P&L, drive day-to-day operations, maintain customer relationships, and lead a dispersed team across multiple sites while focusing on safety, efficiency, and growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in coordinating across functions to deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Management or related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years management experience.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage dispersed workforce.
• Ability to obtain and maintain clearance to drive a company vehicle.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP and MS Dynamics a plus.

• This position has full area ownership for business operations and performance of assigned customer base.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with an emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management or a related field.

• Advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 8+years experiencein management and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.

• Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees.

• Ability to manage dispersed workforce.

• Ability to obtain and maintain clearance to drive a company vehicle.

• Additional Details Highly proficient in MS Office suite of products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with SAP and MS Dynamics is a plus.
