The role emphasizes safety, scheduling efficiency, and communication, with opportunities to support branches and improve truck utilization while upholding company policies.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dispatch of drivers within the metro-area to maximize efficiency and customer delivery responsiveness.
• Monitor driver progress and adjust schedules as orders come in.
• Maximize truck loads outbound and inbound.
• Optimize use of overtime and outside haulers to deliver superior customer service.
• Support branches with customer relations via phone for equipment deliveries and changes.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and accountability.
• Perform safety inspections per company and governmental policies.
