Job summary

PURIS is seeking an Area Director to manage area-specific profit and loss, contracts, projects, operations, and customer relations across our trenchless rehabilitation operations. You will plan, schedule, and deploy personnel, equipment, and materials to deliver projects within budget with high customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading financial forecasting, budgets, and safety initiatives while driving performance across the area.

Qualifications

Excellent, inclusive communication skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
Proven leadership with ability to mentor and coach teams.
Experience in managing contracts, budgets, and P&L for projects.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to oversee project planning from award through close-out.

Responsibilities

Oversee all areas of project planning and execution from handoff to close-out.
Improve bottom line while maintaining quality, safety and satisfaction.
Build alliances with customers, partners, and subcontractors in the area.
Lead financial and safety performance indicators; manage budgets and EBITDA goals.
Develop forecasts, budgets, and corrective action plans with Regional VP.
Participate in bid reviews for estimate accuracy and risk assessment.
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure safety program compliance.
Implement quality initiatives within the area of control.
