• Provide spiritual leadership and training for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes.
• Develop a strategic, discipleship-focused approach within FCA Sports Environments.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and development of staff and volunteers.
• Manage donor development, annual budget, and funding plans.
