HHS is seeking an Area Director of Housekeeping to lead and develop EVS teams across the Springfield region. The role requires full-time commitment with extensive travel between hospital sites to ensure clean, safe, and compliant facilities.

You will direct operations, enforce standards, and partner with leaders to achieve performance goals while maintaining staff development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.

Direct all HHS Environmental Service Programs throughout the duration of the shift. Support a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.
