Job summary

Arosa, a premier national in-home care provider for older adults and their families, seeks an Area Director to drive revenue, manage operations, and lead a multidisciplinary team in its Brentwood, TN office.

You will grow client and caregiver recruitment, build community partnerships, coach staff, and ensure excellence across staffing, care management, and sales. Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of management experience required; strong communication and driving local growth are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional experience may fulfill this requirement.
• A minimum of 4 years management experience with proven ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to interface effectively and professionally with clients, caregivers, and referral sources (physicians, attorneys, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Valid state of residence driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance required.
• PC literacy required.

Job Purpose or Summary:

In alignment with the company mission, vision and values, the Area Director is responsible for achieving the revenue and profit goals for his/her office. Manage day-to-day operations, increase revenue via localized sales and marketing efforts, build community partnerships, and oversee a team of multidisciplinary professionals of a premier national in-home care provider for older adults and their families.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identifies and implements growth strategies to increase recruitment, retention, and satisfaction of clients and caregivers
