Job summary

FCA is seeking a Sacramento-area Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. You will align with leadership to fulfill the FCA Vision, Mission and Values, developing a ministry plan for the assigned area and ensuring biblical standards across activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and lived example.
• Connect with local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and developing diverse staff.
• Train staff to empower coaches and athletes to be disciples who make disciples.
• Manage and fundraise as chief fundraiser, including donor engagement.
• Build and execute annual ministry budgets and funding plans.
• Mobilize International Region to pray, give, and go.
• Recruit, develop boards and advisory teams to advance ministry.
