Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director to grow the ministry in the FCA Sports Environments, aligning with our Regional VP, staff, and boards. You will lead discipleship strategies, staffing, and fundraising to advance the FCA mission and values in the Houston area.

The role emphasizes spiritual leadership, staff development, and effective collaboration with coaches, athletes, and volunteers to expand ministry impact and stewardship.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and developing staff.
• Strong fundraising and donor engagement abilities.
• Strategic planning and execution for ministry growth.
• Proven ability to lead volunteers and staff in a faith-based setting.
• Ability to collaborate with boards, staff, and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Grow FCA ministries by praying, staffing, and funding the area through Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International.
• Provide spiritual leadership and align with FCA policies and mission.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff and volunteers for diverse roles.
• Oversee budgeting and funding plans; cultivate donors and Home Teams.
• Engage with boards and international teams to expand ministry reach.
