Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Program Delivery Director to lead a large on-site team for a mega AI-enabled data center campus. You will oversee DEC delivery, safety, QAQC and project controls, while managing owner/vendor relationships and coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will drive strategic direction, coach teams, and recruit onsite staff, while maintaining strong communications with stakeholders and ensuring safety-centric project execution

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with a variety of US/EMEA construction contract delivery methods.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors, and vendor relationships; knowledge of industry practices.
• Experience with greenfield site development and ground-up construction projects.
• Experience with local/state/domestic/international building codes and health & safety requirements.

• Maintain ownership and accountability for values and collaborative partnerships.
• Ensure visibility across multiple teams and external partners.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery and project success.

• Maintain productive owner/vendor relationships with general contractors and partners.
• Set clear expectations for partnerships and optimize value for Meta.
