The N2 Company is seeking a Senior Account Executive (Area Director) to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will build long-term advertising partnerships and work with residents to capture stories that reflect community life.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home-office setup, offering you control over your schedule and income as you grow a local publication under the Stroll brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• US resident.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
