Job summary

The N2 Company is looking for an Area Director to launch and grow a Stroll publication in your market. You’ll build local advertising partnerships, feature residents, and grow a recurring revenue stream under a proven plan.

This hybrid role combines in-person relationship building with work from a home office, backed by training, tools, and national support to help you succeed and own your market, with ongoing coaching and scalable systems designed for independent owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• US resident
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach the homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories that reflect the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication’s growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
