Job summary

Encompass Health Area Dialysis Program Manager is a leadership role directing and advancing our hemodialysis program across multiple hospitals. You’ll supervise dialysis staff, implement safety and quality policies, and serve as the program’s face in hospital management and community outreach.

Ideal candidates hold active RN licensure with BLS and ACLS, and have inpatient hospital dialysis experience. The role offers a competitive benefits package and the chance to improve patient care across

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• One year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines in multiple hospitals.
• Direct and organize multiple hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
