Job summary

Encompass Health in Florida is seeking an Area Dialysis Program Manager to lead our hospital-based hemodialysis program and drive safety and quality across multiple sites.

You will supervise dialysis staff, implement policies, and collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure outstanding patient care and program performance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in the state.
• BLS CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the hemodialysis program across multiple hospitals.
• Organize and manage the dialysis service to ensure safety and quality care.
• Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and patient safety.
• Supervise dialysis staff and evaluate performance.

Be the Area Dialysis Program Manager you have always wanted to be

Qualifications

• License or Certification:
• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
