Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Area Design Studio Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will oversee the strategic and day-to-day performance of design studios, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience in a homebuilding environment. The position partners closely with sales and purchasing teams to align offerings with market needs, while using data and operational discipline to improve efficiency and results. The ideal candidate will lead studio teams, strengthen processes, and ensure consistent execution across locations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
