Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
• Experience in customer service, preferably with a homebuilder.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer care claims regarding structural deficiencies.
• Serve as point of contact for customers throughout repair projects.
• Create and maintain a schedule and financial log for repairs.
