Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Medford, OR to handle receiving, storage, transfers and order fulfillment at a 10,000 sq ft site.

Responsibilities include supervising a team of 10+ ticket processors, using the Warehouse Management System, training staff, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. This is a safety-sensitive role subject to drug testing.

Qualifications

• Supervise a team of 10+ ticket processors in ticket loads production.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in material handling and storage.
• Foster safe, respectful teamwork aligned with Workplace Values.

Responsibilities

• Take attendance and provide work direction and priorities to a team of 10+ Ticket Processors in the printing and production of ticket loads. Ensure productivity, accuracy and cost controls are met or exceeded
• Use Warehouse Management System to research/gather information
• Demonstrate proficiency in department processes and troubleshoots problems and
• Impact retention positively by fostering a respectful team environment that supports Workplace Values through professional communication, motivation and timely problem resolution
• Provide one on one or group hands-on training for new and returnee associates on all functional aspects of the ticket processing
• Provide constructive and timely feedback on performance utilizing department tracking tools and
• Maintain constant communication with Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow. Report trends and issues to Supervisor to proactively avoid or head off potential
• Perform other duties as required
