You will coordinate daily operations, manage materials receiving, storage, transfers, and order fulfillment across one or more 10,000 square foot sites, driving process improvements and teamwork. The role reports to the shift supervisor and systems specialist and requires lifting up to 50+ lbs and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.
• Serve as the line lead, supervising the flow of work and process.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Provide one-on-one or group training for new and returning associates on all functions of ticket processing.
• Track inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Process orders, verify prices and availability, and ship products to customers.
• Proficient in computer applications used in the role.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture and continuous improvement.
