Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Rochester, MN is seeking an Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive strong operations, guest experience, and profitability. You will coach General Managers, recruit and develop teams, manage P&L, control costs, and uphold Border Foods’ CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

The role requires at least 3 years in restaurant or retail, ServeSafe certification, and willingness to work early mornings,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management or Business Management is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Required Or Preferred Experience

Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.

• Experience of at least 3 years with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early in the morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management or Business Management a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license and insurance, we do require significant business driving and must maintain an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
